For employees

Employees in the organization will be able to use the tool unhindered from mobile phones (if in the field) and computers. The employee is presented with a stripped-down view where the focus is on access to process maps, access to routines and information (as links or uploaded documents) as well as opportunities to report observations, risks, improvement suggestions, deviations and incidents.

A staff member without additional responsibilities can see the status of what he or she has reported, but does not have access to the overall information of the organization.

The focus should be on access to information necessary for the employee’s daily work and the tool should be a support for the employee to be able to independently report things that can be changed and improved in the business, this to provide the conditions for commitment and participation in the business’s improvement work.
