Ledningssystemet Sverige AB is a young but established company. The company was founded by Björn Strandberg Klug and Rickard Svenningsson, who have been running the business together since 2017 when Verksamhetsfokus Sverige AB was formed.
Within the framework of the consulting business Verksamhetsfokus Sverige AB, what is now version 4 of Ledningssystemet.se was developed, a tool support for the implementation and management of business management systems and which was developed to assist organizations in meeting the requirements of the most common ISO standards (such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Through functionality and object relationships, the tool support ensures that the information that makes up the documented part of the organization’s management system is actually connected and thus the hope is that no organization will have to rely on mixed document templates and excel lists with associated manual updating of the same information in different places.
The idea and purpose of Ledningssystemet.se is primarily to provide a relevant and cost-effective framework where the customer owns its information and all governance, but where there are still opportunities for a partner (for example, a consultancy, group coordinator or interest organization) to provide its expertise and competence.
The management system.se is evolving, has always been evolving and will probably always be evolving. This is a prerequisite to remain relevant and cost-effective and to keep the tool up to date with changes in the environment, including changes in standards development and other binding requirements.
Today, Ledningssystemet.se is launched and the first customers and partner organizations are working in their respective instances. There are customers who have chosen to operate through Ledningssystemet Sverige AB’s operating supplier Oderland Webbhotell AB and there are customers who have chosen to operate Ledningssystemet.se themselves (through their IT supplier, in their own data center or through the major cloud service providers).
