In order to fulfill our commitments to you, we need to be able to communicate with you, e.g. to send you agreed information and to share information with you. For this purpose, we need to process your contact details such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Your e-mail address may also be used as a username in services we use to share information with you.
Information about you is stored in our email system and storage areas.
We do not pass on any information about you outside our own organization.
Your data is stored until the end of the contract.

In order to fulfill our legal obligations and defend our legal rights, e.g. in connection with quoting, order registration and invoicing, we need to be able to identify the individual who is our point of contact with the customer. For this purpose, we need to process your contact details such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address and in some cases your signature.
The information about you is stored in our email system, business system, project management system and financial system.
We share some information with our accounting firm Källekullen Psykologi AB.
Your data is stored for up to 8 years after the creation of the last event.

Sometimes we use your name and e-mail address to market our services. It is in the legitimate interest of our business to develop, but of course we are sensitive to when you do not want to be subject to marketing from us. This means that if you do not want to receive marketing information from us, please contact us and let us know and we will ensure that you are excluded from future marketing.

When you are subject to marketing from us

If you are the subject of marketing from us, e.g. take part in our newsletters or direct marketing via e-mail, and you do not represent an existing or former customer of ours, that processing is based on the fact that we have your voluntary consent to that marketing, or that we have identified you as part of our target group and it is the first time we contact you and we assess that the processing is in our legitimate interest to expand the business. We will continue to process this data until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing, e.g. by unsubscribing from our newsletter by following the instructions included in each mailing.
You can also easily withdraw your consent or object to the processing by sending us an email or letter using the contact details provided in the first chapter.
Your information is stored in our email system, business system and via our supplier’s email system.
We do not pass on any information about you outside our own organization.
Your data is stored until consent is withdrawn or you object to the processing.

When you are a supplier, or contact person for a supplier, to us

In order to be able to order from you, or get in touch with you in case of questions, we need to process your contact details such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. It is in our legitimate interest to be able to contact you to ensure access to the supplies and services we need to develop and maintain our business. However, we are sensitive to when you do not want to be the contact person for the supplier to us. This means that if you don’t want us to handle your contact details, please contact us and let us know and we will remove you from our systems.
Your data is stored in our e-mail system, business system and financial system.
We share some information with our accounting firm Källekullen Psykologi AB.
Your data is stored for up to 8 years after the creation of the last event.
